Fantastic Luxurious Apartment in Richmond/Seacliff Area, Experience the real San Francisco, stay where the locals live, my apartment is in the perfect location, if you are visiting this fabulous city on business or as a tourist, my apartment has it all. Walk to China Beach, Ocean Beach, the Presidio and Golden Gate Park. If you are here on business, there is an Express bus to downtown right outside my front door. If you are visiting as a tourist and wish to feel the real San Francisco, then my apartment is the logical place, do not get ripped of in the high priced tourist restaurants, eat where the locals eat, there are many Ethnic restaurants within a few blocks, have a beer at some of the best neighborhood bars in the city. If you really want to be a tourist, take a walk to the Cliff House for dinner. I own the building and use my apartment when I am in town. My apartment is located in a 2 unit building, the other apartment is occupied by a retired school teacher and his wife, they both take care of my apartment for me, so just knock on their door if you should need anything during your stay. GREAT NEWS, I NOW HAVE ANOTHER LOCACTION IN TWIN PEAKS, IT WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM APRIL 2008, IT IS A BIG ONE BEDROOM, SLEEPS UP TO 4 PEOPLE, HAS PARKING AND LAUNDRY Testimonials: We had a great four-day stay at Paul's San Francisco home. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The convenience of the Cala Foods grocery store across the street was also much appreciated. As other guests have commented, the apartment worked well for two adults and our two children who were able share the futon in the living room (both are now asking why they do not have 400 thread count sheets at home). Parking, always a concern in the City, was not too difficult; I was always able to find a space within about two blocks in less than 10 minutes. Overall we had a wonderful city-living experience while exploring the fantastic sights in my old hometown. -Patrick McCann, Norman, OK Brilliant: Yes that’s the best way to sum up our stay in San Francisco. We flew into Los Angeles and drove up along the coast to San Francisco, After staying in lots of motels and hotels it was great to arrive into Paul’s apartment, It is literally home from home and has everything any family could need. The apartment is very comfortable, very well located and Vladimir could not do enough for us. Paul’s list of restaurant recommendations was a great help, we tried Chapeau which was excellent, also went to Tia Margaritas on Clement at 19th Ave which was also great. We would totally recommend Paul’s apartment, Simon & April Campbell, Glasgow, Scotland. I will never stay in a hotel again. Myself, my wife and our 2 year old son stayed for 6 nights in the apartment in Jan 2007, My wife was attending a convention in the Moscone centre; she was able to take the express bus from right out side the front door of the apartment to downtown. While she was at her convention, I was having a great time with my son, we walked to the beach, spent many hours in golden gate park, rented a row boat at the lake, went to the De Young, watched the Buffalos and also went on the carousal. The apartment is very comfortable; it had a pack n play crib for my son, lots of DVD’s, Full kitchen and a cozy fireplace. Paul’s information brochure was very useful; he recommended some great restaurants, Parking was very hard to find the first few days, but got easier as I got to know the neighborhood. I would not recommend having a rental car, its more hassle than its worth. The neighborhood was great; we got to experience the real San Francisco. -Roger Pendle, London, UK We had a great time in Paul’s apartment; it is very well equipped, great location, Ideal for our family, 2 adults and 2 children. Paul’s list of restaurants was very helpful and also the Bus passes saved us a lot of money. We did not rent a car, rode the buses everywhere, got to see San Francisco from a local’s perspective. I would totally recommend the apartment. -Jan Bakker, Amsterdam, Holland Good location, lovely apartment well equipped with everything you need. Make sure you take a walk north to Baker beach its about 15 minutes but the best views of the GG bridge youll get. -brian, surrey england We come to SF two times a year, this was the first time we did not stay in a hotel. Paul's Apartment has everything you need to provide the comfort of a home along with the freedom of a vacation. The location was convenient allowing you to experience SF like a local. -Jesa & Tim Goodrich, Kailua, Hi After 6 months on the road it was wonderful to find ourselves in such a lovely appartment. We had a fantastic stay in San Fran, in fact we came back after a month and spent a further few days there. The appartment was fab, providing us with all we could possble want by way of facilities (and very stylishly too) and the location was great. Thank you Paul - we hope to come back some time. -Sally, Jonathan and Maddie, London, UK It was a great experience to stay in Paul's appartment - it is close to everything - the bus stop, the beaches, the Golden Gates bridge and park. The kitchen was well equipped, which saved us a bunch of money on eating out. You really get to experience San Francisco like a local. I would definitely stay at Paul's appartment again. -Nadia, Raleigh, NC All was well. We greatly enjoyed your cute apartment and would recommend it to anyone. Our boys loved TV's and Play Station We had no trouble with parking and loved the convenience of De Lano's, the coffee place across the street, and the awesome Dim Sum at Lucky Sun. Even though there is a big line outside the wait is only 15 minutes. Also, loved the convenience of being close to the GGB, since we had to go to Marin 3 times during our stay.
