villa.  You will feel right at home in our spacious 1450 ft.villa.
You are surrounded by meticulous landscaping.  No neighbors in the 
back of villa for your privacy.  Thee is a large carport and patio 
with added parking space.  2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining
room, living room, Florida room with free cable T.V.  All new 
bedding,pull out sofa, daybed. Sleeps up to 8 people. This unit 
is completely furnished with linens,towels,blankets,cookware,gas 
grill. Nothing to buy or bring except clothing.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal,
washer , dryer, microwave, beach chairs, patio furniture,new gas 
grill ceiling fans in all rooms heating and air conditioning. A 
short 100 ft. walk to swimming pool and club house.free bus transport
for elderly. Walking paths, bike paths on 
property. This is a non smoking unit. Association rules do not permit

Camelot Village is located one block in from Atlatic Blvd. West.
The villa is close to malls, stores, restaurants, golf courses, 
movie theaters, etc. The city of Delray Beach has been reconized
as an all American City in 1993 and 2001. This makes Delray Beach
the only Florida City to receive this prestigious designation twice.
the seminol indian and hard rock casinos are close buy if you want
to try your luck.west palm beach,boca ratone,ft. laurerdale are 20 to
30 min. away.
