Homeon a double lot. Built in 1926 and beautifully restored in 2005,  
you have all the amenities and plenty of room to spread out in your own  
mini-resort, with heated pool, surrounded by hibiscus and fruit trees.  
Located in Historic Old Northwood, 1 block from the intercoastal and 2 miles  
north of downtown West Palm Beach, just over the bridge from Palm Beach and  
world-class shopping. Biking, tennis and trails and ocean beaches all nearby.

Main house:  
 
Hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings and with open, airy feel.  
New furnishings, relaxed decor. 
 
Master Bedroom: Upstairs suite with King Bed and french doors  
leading out to private balcony. Travertine floors in luxurious  
master bathroom with his/hers pedestal sinks, freestanding clawfoot  
tub and seperate, open shower.  
TV/DVD 
 
GuestRoom 1 has a queen bed and own private, luxurious bath/shower.  
 
GuestRoom 2 has a queen bed and access to bath from hallway. 
 
Bedrooms are generous in size. Excellent quality linens and towels  
provided. 
 
Downstairs you will find the entry room w/fireplace, Large media  
room with 14 ft high pecky cypress ceiling, Large flat screen TV/DVD  
and seperate furnished office. Wireless internet throughout. 
 
Kitchen/Breakfast Bar/Dining Room is open, with french doors leading  
to pool area. Fully equipped Gourmet kitchen with Stainless  
appliances (6-burner gas Thermador range), granite counters, 2  
sinks. Washer/Dryer off Kitchen. Stereo system throughout downstairs  
and outside. 
 
Cottage is available upon request; 1 full bed, 1 twin daybed, full kitchen with granite counters and  
breakfast bar, flat screen tv and full bath with shower.

Activities and Attractions

Ideal location due to space, privacy and ammenities, yet you are  
only two miles north of Downtown WPB, Clematis Street and CityPlace,  
offering tons of restaurants, shops and movies.   
 
Over the bridge in Palm Beach, you'll find the Breakers Hotel, Ocean  
beaches, biking trails and world-class shopping on Worth Ave. 
 
Blocks from Curry Park with tennis courts and boat ramp.

Off Season (May 1 - Oct 31): MIN STAY IS 1 WEEK  
            Weekly: $2500-$3000 ($300 per day for each add'l day) 
            Monthly: $9,000-$10,000 
 
In Season  (Nov 1 - April 30): MIN STAY IS 1 WEEK 
            Weekly: $3500-4500 ($500 per day for each add'l day) 
            Monthly: $12,000-14,000 
 
Holiday Weeks: $5,000.00
