Aldea Thai, Unit 231 is situated in a premium poolside location of the complex. Our private terrace is large and comfortable and overlooks 28th Street and the beautiful Mamitas Beach where you will feel the lovely ocean breeze during the heat of the day. There is no better feeling than sitting in the private plunge pool at night under the stars with a glass of champagne watching the lights of Cozumel glisten and seeing the cruise ships go by!
Our unit has been professionally decorated with all the amenities of home including 3 flat screen TV's, cable, 2 DVD players, Internet and parking. Although a car will not be needed as we are right at Mamitas Beach and a short 3 minute walk to the famous pedestrian walking street, 5th Avenue where you will find multitudes of restaurants, boutiques, cafes and pubs to enjoy.
Aldea Thai in my opinion is located in the best and most central area of Playa Del Carmen. From here you can easily enjoy all the sites and experiences that the Mayan Riviera has to offer.
One week is not enough to adequately explore all the nearby parks like X-Plor, Xel-Ha and X-Caret, go scuba diving, golfing, snorkeling, parasailing, swim with the Dolphins, go deep sea fishing, visit the mystical Mayan ruins in Tulum or Coba or Chichen Itza one of the New Seven Wonders of The World, explore the many caves and cenotes, horseback ride, go ATV'ing, rent a bicycle, rent a catamaran, take a cooking class, go dancing, experience a Temazcal, watch the fire dancers on the beach at night, take the ferry to Cozumel and still make time to hang out at the beach sipping a cold one!
Nope! One week is only enough to convince you that this is a destination worth repeating and we hope you will repeat your stay with us!
