Vacation Rental Description

Located in the Mission Hills Country Club (home of the Kraft/Nabisco  
LPGA golf tournament in April) in the beautiful city of Rancho  
Mirage (home of movie stars and Presidents).  Gated community with  
24-hour security. Palm Springs is just 6 miles away.  
 
This quiet, very large (1,100 square feet)one level, one-bedroom end  
unit, has been recently redecorated. Located steps away from the  
quietest pool of the 4 community pools and jacuzzi with breathtaking  
views of all the local mountains (including the top of the tram).  
This pool is like your own private pool. You could be enjoying  
the view of snow-capped mountains with 18 palm trees swaying in the  
foreground.   
 
There are 2 chaise lounge chairs on one patio.  The other patio has  
dining table and four chairs plus love seat and 2 additional chairs,  
misters and 2 ceiling fans and a gas bar-b-que and lovely fountain.  
Two car-Garage. If you brought your laptop, there is a huge Spanish  
desk in the bedroom with dsl connection and fax.  
Bedroom has king-size bed, ceiling fan, tv and vcr. Living room has  
a sleeper sofa with built in aero bed.

Vacation Rental Amenities

All the comforts of home.......  All linens, towels, sunscreen, pool  
rafts, pool towels.   
Gas fireplace in living room, cathedral wood ceilings, dvd player,  
stereo, tv,alarm clock,bath robes, hair dryer, etc. You name it and if 
it isn't  
here, I will try to find what you need. (I live in the area.)  
Spanish pavers in kitchen, dining room and baths.  New butter yellow  
carpet in living room and bedroom.   
Granite counters in kitchen, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator  
with ice maker in door, washer and dryer.  Outside misters, gas bar- 
b-que on patio.

No facilities at Mission Hills are available with this rental.  The  
nearest golf courses are next door at the Westin Mission Hills.

Closest Casino, Aqua Caliente, 2 miles 
The River for shopping and restaurants, 5 miles 
Palm Spring airport 7 miles, Ontario Airport 80 miles, LAX 130 miles 
 
San Diego, Tijuana, Big Bear Lake, Las Vegas, Phoenix all 3 hours or  
less.
