This Spanish style unit is located steps away from the quietest pools and jacuzzi (there are 4 Association pools and spas) You will have breathtaking views of all the local mountains (including the top of the tram). One of the 4 pools is solar-heated.

You could be enjoying the view of snow-capped mountains with 18 palm trees swaying in the

There are 2 chaise lounge chairs and a dining table with 4 chairs, gas grill, and a nice fountain, misters and two ceiling fans. The other patio has a love seat, 2 chairs and an outside gas heater for those cool winter desert star gazing nights. New mattress set as of June 2012.
 If you brought your laptop, there is a huge Spanish desk in the bedroom with wireless connection and fax.
Bedroom has king-size bed, ceiling fan, 30" flat screen Panasonic HD LCD TV with ipod docking station.  Living room has a sleeper sofa with built in aero bed. Two bicycles for your use as well.

All the comforts of home....... All linens, towels, pool rafts and towels.
