Located 1/2 mile to the most beautiful 7 miles of beach in
Maine, fantastic shopping, the Amtrack station, Palace Playland and
the Pier. (Just got to love those pier fries!) Far enough away from
the noise and traffic of the amusement park/pier so you can relax
and enjoy your vacation.
No pets - Pets are not allowed on the premises at any time.
No Smoking - SMOKING inside the premises is not permitted under any
circumstances.

Owners live nextdoor...

Second floor living space with first floor laundry washer/dryer and
storage area. Outside sitting area with gas grill and off street
parking for 1 car. There are fans and an air conditioner for those
really hot summer days.
Fully equipped Kitchen area with microwave, coffee maker, cooking
and eating utensils.
The living room has hardwood flooring, a full sized futon for extra
slepping, cable TV and lots of sunshine.
Full bathroom with tub/shower.
Renter to Supply own linens/towels - Linen service is available for
an additional fee.

Sun bathe, swim or body surf on 7 miles of sandy beach.
Short walk to the pier for amusement park and try some of the best
pier fries around!
Fireworks at the beach every Thursday night (June 21-Labor Day).
Close proximity to numerous golf courses and great eating places.
Travel down to nearby Camp Ellis (10 min) and fish off the beach or book a private
fishing outing.
Buy fresh lobsters right off of our lobster boat F/V Carla Ann!
Drive 25 minutes south to Ogunquit, 45 minutes to the Kittery
Factory Outlets. Or drive north 25 minutes to Portland and the Old
Port, 45 minutes to LL Bean in Freeport.

Rates - June thru September: $600.00 Weekly
Security Deposit($200.00)is due 90 calendar days before occupancy
and will be returned within 72 hours of departure.
FULL Balance DUE 60 calendar days before occupancy.
