Located 1/2 mile to the most beautiful 7 miles of beach in Maine, fantastic shopping, the Amtrack station, Palace Playland and the Pier. (Just got to love those pier fries!) Far enough away from the noise and traffic of the amusement park/pier so you can relax and enjoy your vacation.
No Pets - Pets are not allowed on the premises at any time.
No Smoking - SMOKING inside the premises is not permitted under any circumstances.

Second floor living space with first floor laundry washer/dryer and storage area.
Fully equipped Kitchen area with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils. Full size refrigerator and stove. Perfect for a family get-a-way.
The living room has hardwood flooring, a full sized futon for extra sleeping, cable TV and lots of sunshine.
The bedroom has a full sized bed, a closet and a dresser, night stand with an alarm clock.
Full bathroom with tub/shower.
There are fans and an air conditioner for those really hot Maine summer days.
Outside sitting area with gas grill.
Off street parking for 1 car.
Renter to Supply own linens/towels - Linen service is available for an additional fee.

Sun bathe, swim or body surf on 7 miles of sandy beach. Short walk to the pier for amusement park and some of the best pier fries around!
Fireworks at the beach every Thursday night (June 21-Labor Day). Close proximity to numerous golf courses and great eating places. Travel down to nearby Camp Ellis (10 min) and fish off the beach or book a private fishing outing.
Drive 25 minutes south to Ogunquit, 45 minutes to the Kittery Factory Outlets. Or drive north 25 minutes to Portland and the Old Port, 45 minutes to LL Bean in Freeport.

Summer season 2013 Rates: June 30 thru August 31 is rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday.
Saturday to Saturday Summer Rentals: Check-in 1pm / Checkout 11am
The weekly rental rate is $675.00 plus State of Maine7% Lodging Tax of $47.25, totaling $722.25.
Additionally, there is a Security Deposit in the amount of $200.00.
An initial deposit which represents half the rental amount (including lodging tax) is due and payable with in 5 days of the date of the rental agreement. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
No pets are allowed on the premises at any time.
