for our Winter Texans to enjoy. A new Futon is located in the Master suite.

Historic downtown with many unique shops, dining and pubs is walking distance.
There is usually always something going on downtown or a top artist playing Americana at one of the several ice houses....

Directions: Exit Seguin Ave. to the center of town - go around the circle (gazebo) 1/2 turn stay on Seguin St. stay in right lane - turn right at stop sign (Zink Street) (don't go under the underpass)
Take 1st left on Market St. go over RR tracks
3 story blue & white Resort on right.
My Condo is in bldg right above the office down towards river
on the end (3rd floor) Don't worry there is an elevator. Have fun..................

Across from Prince Solms Park. With 2 entrances into the RIVER where you can swim from one staircase and back again or just FLOAT on down to the famous TUBE CHUTE it's a blast. The only Resort upstream from the chute!!! You can go again and again down the chute...just walk back to the Resort.
If you don't bring your own TUBES you can rent them next door where they will even bring you back after the float.

The Condo has a master bedroom/bath w/balcony over looking the River. (Best view at the Resort)
2nd private bedroom W/Flat screen HDTV/DVD/Cable.
Addit. full size bath.
Living Area has Full Sleeper Sofa, New 37" HD/LCD Flat Screen W/DVD
cable.
Kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with all new appliances including a full
size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans/cooking utensils,etc. 
Everything is new and just fabulously decorated with new furniture. 
Indoor Air Purification with UV light by Ecoquest. This is great for
people with allergies.
Bath Towels & Bed linens are provided. Free Local telephone service.
This Condo is located on the 3rd floor with a Large Double Patio
Balcony w/2 entrances overlooking the Comal River with a breathtaking view.
This is by far one of the better Condo's and views on the premisis.
Laundry Room and Security Guard.
Just bring your food - use the kitchen or cook out on one of the many
B-B-Q Pits and sit at a Picnic Table. Usually our 3 pet ducks are around.
Don't forget your basketball, games and floaties.
Come have fun you won't regret it. This is a great place to stay for FAMILIES or Couples.

Note: Our complex is beginning a Remodeling Project but my Condo is
on the 3rd floor so you should not be inconvenienced.
Once this project is completed (2010) our Resort will be even more beautiful!!

Enjoy the longest float from any Resort on the Comal located above
the famous Tube Chute - float past the chute you will then float past one of
Schilterbahn's parks and watch people bungee jump right above you!!
It takes approx. 2 hours to float the river unless you take your time or just hang out which is always fun.
The Guadalupe River is just minutes away for floating and rafting as
well.
Of course you probably will just prefer to stay on the relaxing
PRIVATE park like grounds of the Condo and enjoy the beautiful afternoons and evenings with all the friends you will meet cooking out on the B-B-Q
Pits. Sometimes you will find guiter picking and singing or playing
horse shoes or a game of basketball (usually always). Of course the
Hot Tub always has some kind of laughter going on.

San Antonio Attractions are Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Sea World, Natural Bridge
Caverns /Wildlife Ranch, the Famous San Antonio River Walk and Alamo are only approx. 10 to 30 minutes away.
If you want to venture out to our State's Capital in Austin it is only approx.
45 min. away.
