and built in desk area. Private master bath with walk-in-closet, 
walk-in-shower, and dual sinks. Guest room with twin beds & TV plus

Sun City Palm Desert is an active adult community. One occupant must

Seasonal Rates:
30 day minimum required.
Nov-Apr $3100 per month*.
May-Oct $1450 per month.
*rate may be discounted during the winter season for rental periods

Security Deposit $1500
Cleaning Fee $135
Tenant pays electric during summer months.
