We are located in the south end of Cocoa Beach, approximately 5 miles
south of Ron Jon's Surf Shop. Great Surf!

Seaside Retreat is fully furnished and includes linens, blankets,
pillows, and towels, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. TV/DVD in
living room, some reading material(books and magazines) Wireless
internet. The kitchen is completely furnished with dishes,
silverware, pots/pans, toaster,coffee maker and microwave oven. Beach
towels and beach chairs provided.
No smoking or pets please! No guests under 21 yrs of age without parent.

The Space Coast is noted as one of the most beautiful beaches in
Central Florida. Port Canaveral 15 minutes away with weekend and
week long cruises. Two gambling ships with daily cruises. Kennedy
Space Center within driving distance. See the Space Shuttle Launch
and rocket Launch from the beach. Cocoa Beach Pier with very nice
seafood resturants. Visit the Cove at Port Canaveral and watch the
cruise ships arrive and depart. Deep Sea fishing boats for hire.
Orlando theme parks an hour away.Orlando International Airport 45
minutes away.
Fishing, boating, kayaking,surfing very popular in this area. Turtle
egg laying can be seen all during the summer. One block to river.

$550.00 per week or $1500.00 per month
$95.00 nightly weekdays 3 day minimum

Personal checks accepted 30 days prior to arrival.
Cleaning fee: $50.00
$200.00 deposit at booking plus $50.00 refundable security deposit.
Full payment due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. Week runs
Saturday to Saturday unless prior agreement reached by both parties.
Should renter wish to cancel, notice of cancellation must be in
writing or via e-mail and received by landlord more than 90 days prior
to arrival date.If cancellation is received less than 90 days in
advance of arrival and Seaside Retreat is not re-rented we will
retain the entire reservation deposit. Please know we will make
every effort ro re-rent Seaside Retreat.
No refunds will be given for early departures except for mandatory
evacuation order in the event of an approaching hurricane.
