condominium in Old Town. The unit has a great view for several miles
directly down the Gordon River bay. You can observe the sunset every
evening from the lanai and watch the boats sail on the bay. It is an
easy walk to numerous first class restaurants and luxury retail
shopping on 5th Avenue. Tin City and the city docks are nearby. The
new Bayfront shops are just north across 5th Avenue. The beach is a
dozen or so blocks which can be walked or an easy drive with parking
available near the beach. The unit is located at Beau Mer, 807 River
Point Drive, 302D. It is well furnished and outfitted in a Florida
motif with mirrored walls, ceiling fans, an en suite
washer/dryer,iron, ironing bosrd, humidistat, a well furnished
kitchen with microwave and all appliances, beach chairs and towels,
A/C, a large color TV, cable, DVD/VCR, high-speed internet
connection, a portable stereo, tape, CD player and hair dryer in
bathroom.

Large heated pool, spa, BBQ's poolside, washer and dryer in the
unit, cable TV, high speed internet. Guests are asked to smoke only
on the lanai. Condo rules prohibit pets.

Old Naples shopping, fine dining, art galleries, boat rental,
excursions on the bay and deep sea fishing all within easy walking
distance both 5th Ave and Third St (a little farther). Beach is
walkable.

Credit cards are accepted for rental and deposit.
Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency
and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
Refundable damage deposit:
$125 per week or $500 per month
Cleaning fees are $90 per week
State taxes are 6%
Local taxes are 4%
Discounts offered for multi-week and monthly rentals.
Restrictions: No pets, motorcycles or pickup trucks, minimum rental is one week Saturday to Saturday.
