scenic picnic areas. Osprey, Bald Eagles are just a few of our
wildlife sights. Lake has 70 degree surface temps. during the summer

minutes away and has shopping, art galleries and additional

2009 Summer rates are $1400/week Saturday-Saturday ($1550 4th of July
week)($1500 for a long Labor Day week)

2009 Country club fees are add'l and are $8/person user fee and $50 for boat permits. This allows
renters to use the boat launches and other ammenities in country club. Paid directly to the country
club Suject to change byTIME!
Security/cleaning deposit $250 (refundable, less $25 checkout fee, if house has been
thoroughly cleaned and linens washed and there is no damage). If
cleaning is deemed necessary for next renters, balance will be
refunded after cleaning staff is paid.
