and dryer in hall closet off master bedroom next to half bath.
Vaulted beamed ceilings in livingroom and a stone-faced wood burning
fireplace. Central heating and air conditioning. Fully equipped
kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, jenair cooktop. Additional
pantry off kitchen for storage. Lower floor has two Queen bedrooms,
add'l sittingroom for airbed. Livingroom sofa is Queen sleeper.

Country club has golf, tennis, dining and 2 recreation areas with
boat launchs. Two swimming areas includes a life guard for kids.
Summer concerts in rec.1. Nearby boat and waverunner rental
available.Local waterskiing and wakeboard lessons. Lake and stream
fishing and nearby Mt. Lassen has spectacular hiking trails and
scenic picnic areas. Osprey, Bald Eagles are just a few of our
wildlife sights. Lake has 70 degree surface temps. during the summer
for comfortable swimming and watersports. Downtown Chester is
minutes away and has shopping, art galleries and additional
restaurants.4th of July fireworks, craft fairs, rodeo. Winter
snowmobiling in nearby park with miles of trails. Ski at Coppervale.

2011 Summer rates are $995/week Saturday-Saturday ($1400 4th of July
week)($250 cleaning/security dep w/ each booking/balance,(less $50 non-refundable checkout fee) 
Weekend only $350 Friday-Sunday (if available) Usually not July-August
Memorial and Labor day weekend $550 (if available)
Fall (Oct), Winter, thru Mid-May $995/week $50/weekend/$525 three days
2011 Country club fees are add'l and are $8/person user fee, house rated for 8 persons $64 and $50 for boat permits. This allows renters to use the boat launches and other ammenities in country club. Paid directly to the country
club at check-in gate
Security/cleaning deposit $250 (refundable, less $50 checkout fee, if house has been thoroughly cleaned and linens washed and there is no damage). If
cleaning is deemed necessary for next renters, balance will be refunded after cleaning staff is paid.
