neighborhood in the Bayview section of Norfolk, VA.  The cottage has  
a full kitchen, 1 1/2 baths, living room with full size futon and  
futon chair.  Parking is off-street in private driveway.  Close to  
the all beach, shopping malls, site-seeing, fishing pier, Norfolk  
Naval Base and Little Creek Ampibious Base.  Also spacious backyard  
for lounging and grilling. Great for military person or families seeking temporary housing. 
Or taveling empolyees seeking a home away from home environment. 
 
Please no smoking inside cottage.   No Pets.

see and do including Waterside Marketplace, several restaurants,  
shopping, parks and cultural activities.  Virgina Beach oceanfront  
is nearby within a 30 min. drive where you can enjoy watersports,  
the boardwalk, restaurants and souvenir and gift shops.  Take a day- 
trip to nearby Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Country,  
outlet malls and The Pottery.

Weekly Rental Sat - Sat 
Check-in time 4pm 
Check-out time 11am 
  
 
Weekend rates: $295 Fri 4pm - Sun 12noon.  Inquire for availibility 
 
COMMERICAL/EXTENDED STAY RATE: $65 per day (60 days or more). 
 
Refundable security deposit is required 
Deposit are non-refundable on cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
