feels more like a cozy home. With the sofa sleeper, this updated  
condo can sleep up to four people.  
 
Step outside to enjoy a stroll on the beach, bike ride, or take a  
dip in the Pacific Ocean. Located only few steps away from the  
historical landmark Belmont Park. Take a ride on the the famous  
Belmont Park wooden roller coaster. All this and much more is  
available for $105 a night until 5/15/08, then $150 a nite until  
9/15/08, this is the best rate 60 feet from the beach. 
 
LOCATION IN SAN DIEGO. Mission Beach is a unique California beach  
town. Pacific Ocean on the west side and Mission Bay Park on the  
east. The Boardwalk and the beach on the Pacific Ocean is active,  
fun and busy. Body surf, board surf, boogie board. Mission Bay  
offers another world - sail, kayak, swim, picnic and play tennis.  
You can ride bikes or walk, run or skate on miles of ocean and  
bayfront sidewalks. Your choice. Enjoy it all!! 
 
LOCATION IN MISSION BEACH - Location! Location! Location!! This one  
bedroom, one bath condo is located the middle of Mission Beach on  
corner of Redondo Court. Where’s Redondo Court? Redondo Court is  
right in the middle of North Mission Beach - about halfway between  
the historic roller coaster at Belmont Park and the famous Crystal  
Pier - so it’s the perfect location in Mission Beach. Mission Bay is  
only 60 steps from the condo. You can see the bay from the balcany.  
It is not direct bayfront and that’s why the price is very  
affordable!! But don’t forget - you’re only 60 steps to Mission  
Beach oustside the door to the ocean.  
 
Watch the Sea World fireworks from the balcany every night at 9:30pm  
in the summer!! Very fun. Free high speed wireless internet and free

Normal Rates: 
Jan-May .. $105/night (2 night minimum) .. $ 735/week to May 15th 
(Saturday- Saturday). May 15th-Sep 6th - $150/ Night (7 night  
minimum). $1050/week Sat-Sat 
Rates are for up to 4 occupants. 
check-in 4pm -- check-out 12pm 
All rates are plus 10.5% rental tax. Ask about monthly rates . 
$400 Security Deposit(Refundable 7 days after vacating property) 
$125 Non-Refundable Cleaning fee. 
 
Cancellation & Return Policy 
$100.00 Cancelaation Fee will be Charged at all times. 
60 days prior to arrival -- all money (except cancellation fee) refunded.  
45 days prior to arrival -- 1/2 money refunded.  
30 days or less -- all monies forfited.
