Boca Grande Beach House is located directly across the street from a 7 mile, white sand beach with an unobstructed view of the sunset and the historic Boca Grande Lighthouse beacon.

The house is a one story duplex. Each unit rents separately and has two bedrooms, a kitchen, one bathroom, and a combination living room/dining room. Each unit has access to a large screened-in back porch, a small front patio and a generous side yard with table, chairs and two lounge chairs.

The each unit has two bedrooms each with 2 twin beds and sleeps 4.

Amenities: Phone, Air Conditioning, Ceiling Fans in each room, Cable
TV, DVD, VCR, Full Kitchen, Cooking utensils and linens provided, beach chairs, charcoal BBQ, Shared Washer/Dryer

The house is located directly across the street from a lovely beach with
an unobstructed view of the sunset and the historic Boca Grande
Lighthouse Beacon. A short walk will take you to the charming
village of Boca Grande with specialty shops, restaurants, art
galleries, and churches. On the way, you will pass the Boca Grande
Community Center with workout facility, play ground, and the public library with internet access. Tennis courts are just down our street. The historic Widden's Marina is a short bike ride away. The 7 mile island jog/bike path runs directly in front of our propery.

Rates for each unit of the duplex:

January $950/week $3,300/month

February, March, April $1,300/week $4,600/month

May - Dec. $850/week $3000/month

Summer Holiday Weeks $1,000/week
Thanksgiving and Christmas week $1,000/week.

Rent both units and receive a 10% discount.

Cleaning Fee ($90 per unit) and Security Deposit ($200 per unit).
Florida State Tax 11%.
