Vacation Rental Description

We have availability for October and November (except Columbus Day weekend). Three night stay for  
$850 including all taxes and fees!!

A brand new town home built in 2007 with every imaginable upgrade,   
situated directly on the canal with great views of the bay from  
three front porches. The house has been professionally decorated and  
furnished in a relaxed island contemporary theme and is ideal for  
family reunions or just relaxing getaways. 
 
Located in Sunset Island, the most complete and luxurious  
master planned community on the Delmarva Peninsula. Once you cross  
the Route 90 bridge and turn onto 67th Street you enter a world unto  
itself. Secure and private behind a gated entrance, your stay at  
Sunset Island will include activities such as crabbing on the piers,  
long walks aroung the island, working out at the fitness center, or  
just enjoyng a drink at Island Tyme bar. Sunset Island is also convenient to world class golf and  
the best  
restaurants and nightlife on the shore. Located just two blocks to the beach and featuring three  
private  
bayfront beaches, indoor and outdoor pools, and boat docks. Certainly Sunset Island  
provides a complete vacation experience anytime of year. 
 
The house includes 5 BR and 4.5 baths with an entrance level bedroom  
containing a twin sized fold out bed. The second level has the  
living room, dining room, kitchen, and extended sunroom. The third  
level has three bedroom and two baths. The master bedroom has a  
queen sized bed and two closets and a master bath with shower and  
separate bath. The two children's rooms have bunk beds in one room  
and a sleigh bed in the other. The fourth level offers a separate  
loft with it's own bath, sitting area with television, and separate  
deck- an especially great area for grand parents or teenagers who  
need their own space.
