Vacation Rental Description

This stunning executive luxury 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa is 
situated in Tuscan Ridge overlooking the tennis court. It has a 
keyless entry and is a corner lot which provides more privacy. 
Located on Highway 27 only minutes away from Interstate 4 providing 
access to all the main traveling routes in Central Florida 
including Disney which is 12 minutes away.
The accommodation consists of:-
Five bedrooms, plus a sofa bed, allowing up to 12 adults to sleep 
comfortably.
Two of the bedrooms are master suites, a queen bedroom, and two twin 
bedrooms.  
The first master contains a king sized bed and has a luxury en-suite 
bathroom complete with large Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower.  It 
also has two separate vanity areas, large walk in closet and a 
separate closet for towels and linens.
The second master contains a queen sized bed and has an en-suite 
bathroom with spacious walk in shower.
The third and fourth bedrooms contain two twin sized beds. Bedroom 
five has a queen bed.     
All bedrooms have TV with cable. The two master suites and the other 
queen bedroom have DVD players in the room as well.
The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the 
necessary appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a nook area which 
is ideal for informal dining and a living area with a 60” Pioneer 
Elite TV, DVD player, and over 200 channels.
A large great room, living room with a 60” Pioneer Elite TV, DVD/VCR 
combo, with over 70 movies, books, and games, a desk and chair for 
using your laptop with free wifi internet, and a formal dining room 
make this extremely spacious home ideal for up to twelve guests to 
enjoy. Adjacent to the formal dining room there is a fully equipped 
laundry room. There is also access to a 0.5 bathroom adjacent to the 
great room area.
Outside, the 26' x 13' pool is surrounded by a large extended deck, 
which includes a covered lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to 
sit in the shade.  This is all fully screened, helping to keep the 
pool clean. There is also an outside shower to use when you get out 
of the pool.
In the garage is a games room with a pool table, foosball table, air 
hockey table, tv which is used exclusively for play station 2, two 
video games rocker chairs, 26 play station games, wheel and pedals, 
and an electronic dart game.

This villa is equipped with all the amenities for a great vacation - 
including 7 TV's, V.C.R., D.V.D., hairdryers, telephone with 
unlimited FREE calls to the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, France, Italy, 
Spain, Ireland, and the UK.
Games room with pool table, foosball table, air hockey table, play 
station 2 with 26 games, controllers, wheel and pedals, and an 
electronic dart game.
There is also a security safe, air conditioning, ceiling fans, 
washer, dryer etc.
The kitchen features a stove/oven, microwave, waste disposal, 
dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer/icemaker.
There is an abundant supply of china, glasses, cutlery and cooking 
utensils.
Towels and bed linen are provided. Highchair, crib, and stroller can 
be provided at an additional cost.
Access to the pool deck is from the great room, living room, dining 
room and master bedroom and is furnished with table, padded chairs 
and loungers.
The pool can also be heated for the cooler months at an additional 
cost.

Tuscan Ridge is ideally located for all the major attractions and 
offers a children’s play area, tennis court and community centre 
with 
gym equipment actually situated on this superb development.  All of 
these facilities are within walking distance of the villa.  
Disney World, Celebration and the world renowned International Drive 
with it's numerous attractions are all within a 20 minute drive.  
Many other facilities including a whole host of shops, diners, bars, 
restaurants, bank and hypermarket are all within minutes of our 
front door.  There are over 20 golf courses to be found within a 20 
mile radius and the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate Golf Course, 
which is the home of David Leadbetters Golfing Academy, is located 
only 5 minutes drive away.
