fans in the living room and bedroom, complete kitchen, including a new stove and new cookware and a large tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The condo features one bedroom with queen size bed, a reclining convertible sofa (futon) in the
living room, for your 3rd and 4th guests, cable, flat screen new Vizio TV,DVD and CD player. Beach chairs, towels, boogie board and snorkeling equipment. All
linens are furnished.
Near the famous Makaha surfing beach. You will marvel at the sunsets on the ocean from the condo's lanai (patio), and the view of the majestic Waianae mountain range and Makaha Valley with breathtaking sunrises at the front door.

2010 rates are $1,600.00 - $1,750.00 for a one month (depending upon the month) rental plus a $100.00 cleaning fee.  The security deposit is refunded if no damage is done to the unit.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance due 15 days prior to your arrival.
This rate is for a maximum of 4 guests.
Minimum rental is one month
