Newly renovated, fully furnished, one bedroom condo is on the Top Floor--with a lanai, a/c, ceiling
fans in the living room and bedroom, complete kitchen,and a large tiled bathroom.
The condo features one bedroom with queen size bed, a reclining convertible sofa (futon) in the
living room, for your 3rd and 4th guests, cable TV/DVD and CD player. Beach chairs, towels and all
linens are furnished.
There is a phone line for local calls and internet access.
Near the famous Makaha surfing beach. You will marvel at the sunsets on the ocean from the condo's lanai (patio), and the view of the majestic Waianae mountain range and Makaha Valley with breathtaking sunrises at the front door.

2009 Rate is $1,400.00 for a one-month rental plus a $100.00 cleaning fee and a $300.00 security deposit. The security deposit is refunded if no damage is done to the unit.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance due 15 days prior to your arrival.
This rate is for a maximum of 4 guests.
Minimum rental is one month
