This condo is located in the culturally local area of Makaha with the best priced, one bedroom, 
oceanfront condo in all Hawaii.  Experience and enjoy real Hawaii.

This beautiful oceanfront, newly renovated, fully furnished, 
one bedroom condo is on the Top Floor--with a lanai, a/c, ceiling fans in the 
living room and bedroom, complete kitchen,and a large tiled bathroom. 

The condo features one bedroom with queen size bed, a reclining 
convertible sofa (futon) in the living room, for your 3rd and 4th guests, 
cable TV/DVD and CD player. Beach chairs, towels and all linens are furnished. 
There is a phone line for local calls and internet access.
  
You’ll enjoy spectacular sunsets and ocean views overlooking a 
secluded lagoon and beach.  

Near the famous Makaha surfing beach. Behind you at this beautiful 
oceanfront condo,you will marvel at the view of the majestic Waianae 
mountain range and Makaha Valley with breathtaking sunrises.

Nearby Kapolei, the newest development area of Oahu, features 
stores, supermarket, restaurants, movie theaters and more.  

Ko Olina resort/spa and marina has fine restaurants, the island’s 
best luau,championship golf,and 4 beautiful swimming beach lagoons.  
A few more minutes towards Honolulu is a water theme park.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008- 2009 Rates are $875.00 per week or $2,000 per month - Rates are negotiable

A 1/2 deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the 
remaining balance due 15 days prior to your arrival.

These rates are for a maximum of 4 guests;  
There is a $100.00 Non-Refundable cleaning fee.
