We invite you to take advantage of a rare opportunity to experience 
"Old Florida" living in the historic Chadwick House.  This 1890 
cottage is located on a quiet residential street in the waterfront 
village of Ozona just 3 blocks from the Gulf of Mexico.  You'll enjoy 
walks to the sunset, restaurants, and a full service Aveda Spa.  You 
are also close to the Pinellas Trail, a 34 mile paved walking/cycling 
trail that is an excellent way to explore the areas parks and  
beaches. 
 There are two boat ramps in the neighborhood for boat launching to 
enjoy some of the best boating and fishing in Florida.  Driveway will 
accomodate boat and trailer.  Available as a weekend getaway for 
fishermen or families, or as a winter home for the season.  The house 
has central air, washer and dryer, and high speed wireless internet. 
Ozona, Florida is 35 minutes from the Tampa International Airport, 10 
minutes from Honeymoon Island State Park and 20 minutes from
