Vacation Rental Description

Shore Property's 3rd rental season! Brand New Construction!  
It is a 2nd floor property with a front balcony.  In  
addition to the balcony there is a beautiful, panoramic rooftop deck  
for cookouts, watching fireworks, tanning, watching the stars, and  
just relaxing.   
 
The beach at fifth street is near the Wonderland Amusement  
Pier. You can see it from the the front balcony and rooftop deck.  
 
It is just 5 blocks to the beach. This is a great  
location for the famous "Night in Venice" in late July.  At the end  
of 5th Street is a parking lot at the beach. Our house has all the  
appliances you'll need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. You  
can park your car and walk, or ride your bikes. There is a WAWA a  
block away, and a corner grocery store one block over. Lastly, you  
are just one block from vintage downtown Ocean City shopping,  
with all the quaint shops and eateries.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house has 2 Queen Beds, 1 bunk bed, One Queen Sleeper sofa. Two  
Full Bathrooms. The living room has the sleeper sofa and a love  
seat, a 27" TV with VCR and DVD. The dining room has a large dinning  
table with 6 chairs.   
 
COLD ARTIC CENTRAL AIR!  
 
There is a very elegant and spacious kitchen with a spaciou  
breakfast counter which has 2 stools. All the appliances are brand  
new! There is a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric can  
opener and dishwasher. This is a kitchen you can cook in easily. 
 
The rooftop deck has a 360 degree view of Ocean City.  There is a  
propane barbeque grill and chairs for cookouts.  This is my favorite  
amenity!   
 
 
There is a laundry area with a washer and dryer in the hallway, with  
an iron and ironing board if needed.  There is a nice, private  
outside shower for when you get back from the beach. The garage has  
an electric garage door opener with a key pad. There is off-street  
parking and you can park at least two cars in the drive way, behind  
the garage. Your guests should be able to easily find parking in  
this location relative to other streets in the area.

Activities and Attractions

4th street is essentially near the beginning of the boardwalk. You  
can bike on the boardwalk in the AM before 12noon, you can enjoy the  
beach, you can rent equipment and go crabing since we are not far  
from the Bay.  
 
You also can rent boats, walk the boards, or shop the center of  
town. This is a quiet, quaint resort that many people come back to  
over and over again due to the quality of homes, and the people. 
 
Ocean City is popular for families because it is a "dry town".  This  
does not mean you cannot enjoy some good drink but you cannot  
purchase it on the island.  Due to the party bar crowd going to  
other beach towns Ocean City attracts families and is widely known  
as a great family beach resort.
