overlooking a preserve with plenty of wildlife and privacy. The
canal is perfect for fishing or watching the sunset and from a
boater's point of view, the Caloosahatchee River is only two minutes
away. Yet the home is only a short drive to wonderful shopping,
fabulous dining options and plenty of golf courses. Cape Coral's
beach is about a 15 minute drive and the beaches of Sanibel & Fort
Myers are about 30 minutes away. Or you can enjoy swimming in the
screened in, heated pool on the lanai. There is truly something for
eveyone !

Oct 1-Dec 15, 2009 $650.00 per week, $1,950 per month (4th week
free), plus tax
Rates based on party of 4, additional person is $50.00 per week low
season, $60.00 per person high season.
10% deposit required to secure reservation, 20% due 30 days prior to
arrival, balance due upon arrival.
All fees are non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 30
days of sceduled arrival date.
Security deposit of $500.00 required.
Final cleaning fee $150.00
Pet fee $100.00
Electric cost of $35.00 per week included in rental fee.
