Vacation Rental Description

This light and airy one level home is located across the street from  
the beautiful Coronado Municipal Golf Course in fabulous Coronado.   
Plantation shutters, comfortable furniture, with a tropical look and  
feeling of openness throughout offers a perfect getaway.  The front  
bedroom has a queen size bed, the middle room sleeps three in  
bunkbeds and the third bedroom sleeps two with two adjustable beds  
(king).  The large lanai family room adjoins the living room and can  
be accessed through louvered pocket doors.  In case you want to  
separate the two rooms, just close the doors.  The family room's  
cabana striped sofa opens to a very comfortable queen bed.  There is  
also a full size queen Aero bed that accomodates two if needed.  For  
your enjoyment there are televisions in each bedroom and a large  
screen TV in the family room.  The gas fireplace in the  
living room will make your evenings cozy.  The home is located on a  
very large lot with pool/jacuzzi, bbq and a lot of seating for  
outdoor fun.  This is a house where you will be comfortable  
entertaining or just relaxing.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Everything  you need is here, including two adult and two child  
bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas and towels.   
There is a child proof retractable cover on the swimming pool.  
Gardening and pool service is provided.  Cleaning service is  every  
two weeks.  The usual amenities include linens, iron, coffee maker,  
games and toys, dvd/vcr, computer hookup, dishwasher, refrigerator,  
washer and dryer, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, parking area  
and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and family room.

Activities and Attractions

Coronado is one of the best vacation places in the United States.   
You can choose tennis, golf, biking, swimming, surfing, kayaking,  
windsailing, diving, fishing, sailing to name a few.  You can take a  
stroll or bike to all parts of Coronado.  You will want to visit the  
historical Hotel del Coronado, the beach, voted in the top ten in  
the world, dine at wonderful restaurants and shop in charming  
stores.  Coronado also has a gorgeous new heated Olympic size pool  
at the community center overlooking the San Diego Bay.  Across the  
San Diego/Coronado Bridge is the world famous San Diego Zoo,  
Seaworld, Balboa Park, Legoland (30 minutes), Wild Animal Park (1  
hour), the Gaslamp District, downtown San Diego, with speciality  
restaurants, entertainment and boutiques, Seaport Village, the USS  
Midway, live theater and more.
