offers ocean views from nearly every room! It is situated just 
high enough for gorgeous, 180-degree ocean vistas, and low enough to 
allow its guests a ten-minute walk to either the beach or downtown. 
Each story has its own living area, full bath, and 
wraparound deck overlooking the tropical backyard and ocean.  There 
are a total of 3 bedrroms and 2 bathrooms.  
The master suite includes a custom, spa-like bath, with spanish-
style tile and travertine.  There is a separate bath area, with a 
shower and oversized jacuzzi tub.  Adjacent to the bedroom, is an 
office with a fax machine and high-speed internet service.
The home has custom pine & bamboo wood flooring throughout.  The 
kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances & 
everything you need to make a gourment meal or entertain guests.
Per the last guests: "We had a fantastic time.  Loved the house.  
Views were great.  Very comfortable place to relax and enjoy Laguna 
Beach." 
Please note: There is a long term tenant in an attached unit with 
separate access.
