This designer-appointed, two-story, 2000-plus-square-foot home offers ocean views from nearly every room! It is situated just high enough for gorgeous, 180-degree ocean vistas, and low enough to allow its guests a ten-minute walk to either the beach or downtown.
Each story has its own living area, full bath, and wraparound deck overlooking the tropical backyard and ocean. There are a total of 3 bedrroms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite includes a custom, spa-like bath, with spanish-style tile and travertine. There is a new king size mattress as well as a 42 inch flat screen TV. The master bath area has a large separate shower and oversized jacuzzi tub. Adjacent to the bedroom, is an office.
The home has custom pine & bamboo wood flooring throughout. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances & everything you need to make a gourment meal or entertain guests.
