Whether you want to stroll along the white sand beaches of the

beautiful, 3 story Mediterranean style home built in 2003, located
1.5 miles west of Rosemary Beach and 1/4 mile west of Alys Beach on
Scenic Highway 30A. Enjoy beautiful white sand beaches 200 yards
away with a close beach access across the street or enjoy the
privacy of your own pool surrounded by native oaks. When you’re not
enjoying the views, you can be entertained by TVs in every bedroom,
the living room and the kitchen. Tile or travertine floors are
throughout most of the home.

There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor with two baths and
washer/dryer. First floor bedrooms offer a king size bed, twin beds
and a queen size bed, and 2 of the bedrooms step out to your private
pool with an outside hot/cold shower. The spacious second floor
master offers a king size bed, large double shower, travertine
marble, Jacuzzi tub for two and a walk-in closet. The third floor
suite offers a king size bed with a private full bath, private
balcony and beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The dining room
seats 10 and looks out on the large screened second floor balcony
that has a seating area overlooking the pool and views of the Gulf
of Mexico.
