Captain's Quarters,located at 2801 Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach, is an
extremely popular three bedroom, two bath home with private, heated
pool. This very nice and newly redecorated (2006) 3 bedroom home has
a fenced pool area and is surrounded by award winning, tropical
landscaping. There is a view of the Gulf from the deck, den and
living room. We are on the free island trolley line and close to
shopping and island restaurants. This home sleeps six with two queen
size beds and two twin beds.

25% surcharge applies: Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
weeks

Deposits: There is a $500.00 Performance/Damage deposit on weekly
rentals. Monthly rentals require a 25% Performance / Damage deposit.
This initial payment serves as your deposit and is required to secure
your reservation. This deposit is payable by either Visa or
MasterCard. The amount of deposit will be deducted from the final
payment, however the card number will still be held to compensate the
landlord for any excessive cleaning charges or damages. Small pets
(under 25 lbs) are accepted and a $100 pet fee assessed.
Performance/Damage Deposits Are Non-Refundable In The Event Of
Cancellation
Reservation Fee: Each reservation requires a $30.00 non-refundable
reservation fee.
Tax: Rentals of less than six months are subject to Florida State
Sales Tax of 6.5% and Manatee County Resort Tax of 4%.
