Studio apartment is located in a residential area in the heart of Old San Juan within walking
distance of the restaurants, shops, museums, historic forts and beautiful plazas. The Beaches are 5
miunutes from our location. We are one block away from the Ocean. We are surrounded by the ocean
and the bay.

Old San Juan is one of the most unique and beautiful cities in the Carribean. It's colonial
buildings on Cobblestone streets will take you back into history. We have two of the Oldest Spanish
Forts in the Carribean. Old San Juan is also filled with restaurants, shops, local artisians, and
museums. Weekends are usually filled with live intertainment in it's plazas.
You do not need a car in OSJ as everything is within walking distance, however if you should want to
tour the island there are cabs, bus and car rentals available in the Old City. Come and enjoy our
food, music, history and hospitality.

To secure a reservation a 50% deposit is required.
