Vacation Rental Description

 Old San Juan

 Studio apartment is located in the heart of Old San Juan.  Houses 
date back 200 to 300+ yrs old ours being one of them. The building 
is 
colonial style with 4 apts 3 have been rented short them to tourist 
and all have been totaly impressed with Old San Juan and the service 
they have received. The studio has a fully stocked kitchen, every 
thing you need to cook with is supplied, microwave oven, stove, 
refigerator utensils etc. Studio has a new mini-split unit 
(Airconditioning), Ceiling fan, queensize bed (very comfortable), 
basic cable TV, local telephone service Oil paintings that will keep 
you in the island mood when in doors. This building was recently 
beautifly renovated, without compromising the original 
architecture.  
You will feel like you are staying in a historic house but with all 
the comforts of today and a price that is still affordable. Maps and 
brochures are also awaiting you so that you can venture out and see 
our beautiful island.  Mainland PR, Culebra PR, and Vieques PR. The 
studio apt is a block from water views, near Old Forts, San 
Christobal and El Morro.  La Fortaleza Fort that is now the 
Governors 
Palace is also at walking distance. In Old San Juan we are 
surrounded 
by spectacular water view. You may never want to leave.  Shops, 
Restaurants, Grocery stores, Museums all at walking distance. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Old San Juan offers everything you could want. Shopping until you 
drop. Some of the Best Restaurants that cater to all taste buds. Old 
San Juan is one of those fasinating places that don't sleep. If you 
want a cup of coffee at 2am in the morning just walk to the plaza 
and 
you will find friendly people there socalizing and enjoying their 
late night snack. In Old San Juan you do not need public 
transportation.  Everything is at walking distance.  If you need to 
catch a cab or rent a car Old San Juan is ready to supply you with 
that service.  If you want to take a swim we are not far from the 
beach you can walk or take a cab.  We are also walking distance from 
the Condado another tourist spot.  If you want to go to one of our 
Islands, Culebra or Vieques you can catch a small plane and in 15 to 
20 minutes you are there.  If you prefer to go by water there is a 
fast ferry that can take you there from the Old San Juan docks or 
drive to Fajardo and catch a ferry there. Or while you are there see 
the Bioluminescent Lagoon. Tours are every night at Fajardo. Puerto 
Rico also offers many other attractions such as: Rio Camuy an 
underground river cave like nothing you've ever seen. The Arecibo 
Observatory. The largest radiotelescope in the world. El Junque One 
of the most Beautiful Rain Forest in the world. Here you will be 
able 
to hear at it's best the famous "Coqui" and other nature sounds.  So 
in a nut shell whether it's an interest in History, People and their 
culture a visit or a night stay in the interior of our island "the 
mountains", Architecture, Caverns, Rappeling, Rain Forest, Horseback 
Riding on the beach, Snorkeling, Scuba Diving or Fishing, Swimming 
and Soaking up the sun in one of our many beaches, etc. or just a 
visit to Bacardi for a little taste of PR Famous Rum, Puerto Rico 
has

$125.00 per night 
4 night minimum
$600.00 per week (week/7days)

To secure a reservation a 50% deposit is required.
