Kitchen/Dining area with views of the lake. In that same area is a
sitting area with comfortable seating in front of the fireplace.
Multiple decks overlooking lake with outdoor fireplace and lakeside
grill. Plentiful level yardspace accomodates recreation activities.
Visit the real Maine and enjoy it in the comforts of a well
decorated and furnished lakeside home.

Well furnished home. Pool table and game table in large great
room. New Hottub to be installed June 07. Fully equiped kitchen
with all appliances and outdoor stainless steel grill. Linens and
Towels provided.
Available window air conditioning. Satellite tv with multiple tv's,
dvd and stereo/cd players. Automatic backup electrical power system
and alarm system. Furnished lower level with bathrooms and space for
recreation and sleeping. Enjoy the lake using our dock, rafts, life-
vests, and canoe and Kayak.

Walk the nearby woodland trails. Swim and boat on the pristine lake.
Enjoy sitting around the lakeside fireplace at night with the
mysterious calls of the loons. Visit nearby Sugerloaf mountain and
the Kennebec River. Admire the beautiful sunsets on the multi-level
decks overlooking the lake. Prepare outdoor feasts with the choice
of gas or traditional fire grills.

$1500 per week through end of June. Then, $2325 per week during
July and August - September $1800 week. October through May
$1500.00 week. Weekends between October and May negotiable.
Weekends not available through the summer only weekly rentals. 7%
Lodging Tax added to all rentals.
