Bit O'Beach Heaven ... priced below market value and everyone comes
away very happy! "Loved your house ... want to come back". Those
are the comments we hear for our guests. It is our family's second
home. And we take very good care of it so you will enjoy it.
*10 minutes from S. Augustine and 15 minutes from Ponte Vedra/
TPC Sawgrass
*Best Deck and Value on the Beach.
*This comfortable home sits on a beautiful private beach with an
expansive oceanfront deck within Guana State Park.
*Long beach walks, gatherings on the deck, den on the first
floor with TV.
*Great Room with large new, large flat screen TV on the second floor for evenings at home with VCR/DVD. Plenty of movies on hand.
* King size beds in two bedrooms (both with TVs), with two twins now in third bedroom ... and Trundle bed in 4th bedroom (two twins)
... and even two air beds for the kids which we provide in one of
the two spacious family rooms.

sightseeing and many other activities are within a short drive.

DAILY Rates - $350 per night with a 3 night minimum (October - March).
*$150 cleaning fee
*Add FL 10% tax
*ADD $300/ week for TG, Christmas, New Years, Gator Bowl, TPC, Easter,
Memorial Day, July 4th.,
Labor Day weeks.
*Optional Serenata Beach Club Membership = $190 weekly for group.
Large parties or weddings require extra charge.
