We are located right on a canal which is about 500 feet from the
Great South Bay. On the Great South Bay you can walk out and dig
clams with your feet in the morning and put them on the outside grill
for lunch with a little pasta and a glass of wine As you enjoy the
southwesterly trade winds blowing through your hair as you're soaking
up sun and allowing every last ounce of stress to slowly escape your
body. We have local town beaches which are great for bringing the
children so they can splash around under the supervision of a
lifeguard while you get lost in the latest Danielle Steele novel. We
have local state parks for the hiking and biking enthusiasts as well
as stocked fresh water streams for the novice and avid fly fisherman
alike. Bayport offers some of the best restaurants and night
clubs/llounges Long Island has to offer. We are a half hour drive to
the Hamptons and the North Fork Wineries. One hour drive or train
ride to Manhattan. We are 4 miles directly due north of Fire Island
