T.V.'s stereo system throughout, flat top stove, built in appliances
complete with electric window shades and ceiling fans.

Kitchen is complete with cookware, utensils, blender, dishware,
towels, microwave and much more. The Admiral suite has a california
king bed with pop-up flat screen T.V. from the dresser. The
Captian's Suite has a queen bed, both suites with full bathrooms and
the Admiral's featuring a soaking tub. As with every room in this
unit, both suites have beautiful ocean and harbor views from high up-
top the crow's nest. Also included are 4 sets of snorkel gear and an
array of water activity items for your enjoyment.

We include Pick-up and Drop-off service at the airport, which is
just 15 minutes away. If you are in town for a meeting, the Hawaiian
Convention Center is just 4 blocks away.

Cancellations and Refunds
Reservation deposit refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival, less
cancellation fee of 20% (percent) of the total reservation. Service
fee will be refunded if owner is able to re-rent the condo for the
same time period and price. No refund if cancelled less than 30 days
prior to arrival and no refunds after occupancy has begun.

Deposits
Deposit of 50% of total stay is required to hold the condo
reservation. Balance due upon arrival.
