Come and enjoy all year round sunshine and warmth
at our executive villa located on the prestigious Southern Dunes
Golf and Country Club. Private South Facing Pool overlooking the 2nd
Green of the Golf Course. Its location makes it convenient for
Orlando or Tampa Airports.
The Villa will suit golfers and non golfers alike, it is ideally
placed to enjoy the theme parks and also the coral beaches of the
Gulf Coast. Sleeps 6 people in comfort with Electric Heated Swimming
Pool.

Our beautiful two storey Villa consists of 3 Bedrooms with 2
Bathrooms and downstairs cloakroom. The master bedroom suite has a
King Size Bed, its own Bathroom, Cable TV. A security safe has also
been installed. The 2nd Double Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed and
shares the main bathroom with bedroom 3 which has 2 Twin Beds. All
of the bedrooms are bright light and airy and there is full air
conditioning throughout the property for your additional comfort.
All linen and towels are provided.

Downstairs is the open plan fully fitted kitchen, which opens out to
the dining room/lounge, with plenty of room for everyone. In the
lounge there is a large flat screen surround sound TV with Cable and
DVD. The patio doors of the lounge lead directly to the deck and
covered pool area which directly overlooks the 2nd green of the golf
course.
There is direct access from the house into the garage which houses
the washing machine and tumble drier. The property is tastefully
decorated in neutral tones to make you feel as comfortable as
possible.

Southern Dunes is an ideal resort and offers everything for all
ages.

There are also some superb restaurants within walking distance of
the gate. Shopping could not be easier with a Super Wal-Mart also
within walking distance where everything you could possibly need is
available 24 hours.

ideal resort and offers everything for all ages.
Perfect if you want to have a day by yourself to walk or swim in the
pool.
Besides the four star Championship Golf course and driving range
there are two near sized Olympic Swimming Pools, Fitness Centre,
Pool Table, top quality Tennis Courts and well equipped Children's
Playground.
All of these facilities are free to visitors except the golf.

There are also some superb restaurants within walking distance of
the gate as well as the Clubhouse. Shopping could not be easier with
Winndixie and Wal-Mart literally outside the gate where everything
you could possibly need is available 24 hours.

Central Florida and is rated 4 Stars in the US, offering a challenge
unique to Central Florida.
