Bedding includes 2 Queen beds, 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 Queen futon, 1
foldout couch, 1 crib.

Open first floor layout with hardwood floors opens up to spacious deck, carpeted 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, walkout basement
to screened in porch.

House stocked with games, DVDs, books, etc.  
Includes extensive kitchen amenities, DVD/VCR/DirectTV with large flatscreen TV, gas grill, washer/dryer, microwave, wood-burning fireplace, central AC, and game room!  Game room includes foosball, bumper pool, ping pong, poker table.

Large kitchen and dining area. Tastefully decorated.

Outside enjoy two private docks, large yard, horseshoe pits, screened-in porch, children's sandbox, and plenty of parking!

No linen service; guests responsible for linens and towels.

Summer Season:
$1490 per week.
$490 per weekend.

Off Season:
$1100 per week.
$390 per weekend.

Rate includes all cleaning and administrative fees.
$250 refundable security deposit required.
Add 7% Virginia sales and use taxes.
Additional $50 fee per approved pet.
Check-in is 3PM; check-out is noon.
