My villa is located in Kissimmee, south of Orlando, Central Florida. It's just 20 minutes from the airport, and only 10 - 15 minutes drive to all the major attractions - Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World etc.

Just a one minute drive to Wal-Mart for all your conveniences, and located close to "The Strip" on 192 (where you'll find more entertainment for day and night, and all the restaurants).

Recently refurbished, and regularly updated, I always keep my villa up to the highest standard. My villa is the perfect location for all of the Disney theme parks and attractions, as well as the following activities:
Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom), Sea World, Universal Studios, NASA Cape Canaveral, Amusement parks, Miniature Golf, Theme Parks, and Golf at a range of beautiful courses and much much more.

2010 Rates are per night, not per person:
Low Season Rate is: $99 per night
Mid Season Rate is: $125 per night
High Season Rate is: $150 per night

That's how affordable it is to rent my villa! A family of six could stay for as little as $16/£10 per night per person!  (Rates are subject to change without notice, and will only be fixed for your reservation upon receipt of booking deposit and the refundable security bond - email me for more
details).

The $275 security bond will be refunded to you after your stay.
Pool heating is an extra $20 per day and must be paid in advance (minimum 5 days).

Minimum booking 5 nights.  Bookings shorter than 5 nights can be taken but may be subject to a surcharge.
