My villa is located in Kissimmee, south of Orlando, Central Florida. It's just 20 minutes from the airport, and only 10 - 15 minutes drive to all the major attractions - Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World etc.

Just a one minute drive to Wal-Mart for all your conveniences, and located close to "The Strip" on 192 (where you'll find more entertainment for day and night, and all the restaurants).

Recently refurbished, and regularly updated, I always keep my villa up to the highest standard. Uniquely amongst vacation rental villa owners, I work in the US tourism and hospitality business, and so along with my very professional management company, I do everything I can to offer you the very best in welcome, accommodation and service for your stay.

Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender and more. Large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer, double garage, Digital HD Cable TV, local phone calls and FREE High Speed Wireless Internet come as standard too.

My villa is the perfect location for all of the Disney theme parks and attractions, as well as the following activities:
Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom), Sea World, Universal Studios, NASA Cape Canaveral, Amusement parks, Miniature Golf, Theme Parks, and Golf at a range of beautiful courses and much much more.

2011 Rates are per night, not per person:
Low Season Rate is: $105 per night
Mid Season Rate is: $115 per night
High Season Rate is: $130 per night

Pool heat is $20 per day if required (usually between October and March/April) and must be paid in advance.

That's how affordable it is to rent my villa! A family of six could stay for as little as $17/£11 per night per person!  (Rates are subject to change without notice, and will only be fixed for your reservation upon receipt of booking deposit and the refundable security bond - email me for more
details).

The $275 security bond will be refunded to you after your stay.

Minimum booking 4 nights.  Bookings shorter than 4 nights can be taken but may be subject to a surcharge.
