Vacation Rental Description

This 1-bedroom Vancouver apartment is located between Yaletown and 
Granville Street, in the heart of the entertainment district. Within 
easy walking distance of Robson Street, the financial district, GM 
Place and the many restaurants and nightspots of Yaletown and 
Granville. The Miro apartment comes fully furnished with 1 queen bed 
and a roll-away cot, modern furnishings and full kitchen utensils.

High speed wireless internet, cable TV, local telephone and all 
utilities are included in the rental rates.

The Miro apartment comes complete with all furnishings, linens and 
kitchen utensils. The apartment amenities include:

billards table and wetbar and free visitors parking. 

Activities and Attractions

Affordable and in a great location, the Miro building is located in 
the trendy Yaletown district and within easy walking distance to the 
centre of the downtown core. The shopping of Robson Street and 
Pacific Centre mall are a very short 5 minute walk north of the 
apartment. GM Place, BC Place Stadium and the Vancouver Public 
Library are an easy 10-15 minute walk away. The closest grocery 
store is Nester's, which is located just outside the aparment.

Weekly from $700
Monthly from $2200

Rates are in Canadian dollars. $500 refundable deposit required at time of booking.

Prices are based on regular season, Summer season prices (May-Sep) are higher.
