Apartment comfortably sleeps 6, huge master bedroom has a queen size  
bed with a very comfortable Simmons Beauty Rest mattress, a queen  
size Murphy Bed in the living room also with an upgraded mattress,  
also in the living room it has a queen size sleeper sofa, unit has  
1050 sq.ft., faces the intracoastal with a balcony, beautiful  
ceramic tile floor thruout the apartment, both bathrooms newly  
renovated, kitchen also newly renovated, all the furniture is new,  
also has a very nice and comfortable chaise lounge chair to relax in  
or just kick back and watch one of the 2 tv's that apartment has  
(42" flat tv in the bedroom), dvd player in each tv, apartment is  
totally renovated, beautifully decorated in soothing relaxing colors  
that make it enjoyable when you are not relaxing in the beach or the pool.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Unit is fully stocked with all the kitchen utencils you will need to make you feel right at home,  
BBQ utencils also available, beach umbrellas and beach chairs in the unit make confortable to lay  
down by the beach, BBQ cart in the apartment makes it easy to carry your food and or cooler when  
going down to BBQ to cook in one of the two brand new gas grills available pool side, Apartment is  
fully stocked with bath towels and bed linen for all the beds, laundry room right across the  
entrance to the apartment, unit is steps from any of the 3 elevators(one of them is the freight  
elevator), apartment comes with one valet parking space, 24 hour security.The complex offers a  
beautiful private beach, large heated pool andjacuzzi and a wonderful sunning deck. Hollywood Beach  
has activities for everyone including sunning,boating, cruising, shelling, golfing, shopping, fine  
dining and the newly opened Gulfstream Casino.

Vacation Rental Rates

January to March $2,400.00 per month. 
  April to December $2,200.00 per month. 
  Weekly rate is $750.00 per week when booking 2 weeks or less. 
Special on 4 or more months rental is negotiable.  
$500.00 deposit required on rental upon booking. 
One month rent is due 30 days prior to arrival when booking monthly. 
One week rent is due 30 days prior to arrival when booking weekly. 
Deposit is not refundable on cancellations, deposit will be refunded  
on date of departure once the key is turned in and unit has been  
inspected.
