gourmet meals. 
The covered patio is great for escaping the hot sun or enjoying 
fresh food and beverages. This home has all the requirements for a 
Great Vacation!

Cleaning fee:$75 per stay-non-negotiable
Check-in & check-out is 2pm. 
Weekly Summer Rate:$900 excluding holidays..


Winter Monthly Rental:
October-April $1300 + one time cleaning fee at departure of $75 (non-
negotiable)
