Our mountain home is located one mile outside the city limits of Franklin, NC.  You have easy access to our house with paved roads and a concrete driveway.

This mountain home has it all, beautiful views of the Great Smoky Mountains and is only minutes away from the most beautiful and entertaining parts of Western Carolina in a secluded mountain estates community. Our home can comfortably accommodate two families (sleeps 8 people) with three bedrooms, fold out sleeping sofa, three full baths, and two living rooms on multiple levels. With family and privacy at the same time, this home is the perfect solution for big family vacations. If you are looking for a mountain retreat or a family vacation, this has it all. Sit on the back deck and enjoy the mountains.  Free wireless internet access and free long distance phone calls are included. This is our second home so all bath linens, kitchen appliances, etc are included.  All you need to bring is your own food.

Franklin, NC has it all. If you are in to hiking, white water
sports, shopping, or just sitting on the deck and soaking up the
view, it is here for you. Our home is located within walking
distance of the Bartram Trail and only minutes away from numerous
waterfall hiking trails throughout the Great Smoky Mountains, where
you can view birds, turkeys, rabbits, and deer in the wild. The
waterfalls are incredible and the views breathtaking, and can be
viewed from several of the most challenging and beautiful golf
courses you will ever play. Catch your own mountain trout supper
either in the local streams or in the many local stocked trout
farms. If antiquing intrigues you then you are in heaven. There
are wonderful shops in Cashiers, Highlands, Cherokee and Dillsboro
along with a great indoor antique mall at the Whistle Stop in
Franklin housing more than 20 Retail Stores, 60,000 square feet of
antiques, 17,000 square feet of hand-made crafts in the Artisans and
restaurants

Winter Rates

$75 per night / $525.00 per week October 22nd 2011 until November 18th 2011.

$225.00 per weekend (Thur to Sun).  Three night minimum stay required.

Rates for Thanksgiving

$700.00 per week November 19th through November 27th 2011.

$225.00 per weekend (Thur to Sun).  Three night minimum stay required.

Rates for Christmas and New Years

$700.00 per week December 22nd through December 29th 2011.

Winter Rates

$75.00 per night / $525.00 per week January 2nd 2012 until March 30th 2012.

$225.00 per weekend (Thur to Sun).  Three night minimum stay required.

Summer Rates

$85.00 per night / $595.00 per week March 31st 2012 until June 29th 2012.

$255.00 per weekend (Thur to Sun).  Three night minimum stay required.

Fourth of July

$110.00 per night June 30th through July 7th 2011. Three night minumum stay required.

Summer Rates

$85.00 per night / $595.00 per week July 8th 2012 until October 12th 2012.

$255.00 per weekend (Thur to Sun).  Three night minimum stay required.

Rates for Fall Leaves

$770.00 per week October 13th through Ocrober 20th 2011. Weekly only.

Saturday to Saturday rentals are preferred for Weekly Rental.

Thursday to Sunday rentals are preferred for Weekend Rental.
Check-in is at 4:00pm,
Check out is at 10:00am. $100.00 cleaning fee is not included. 10.75%
North Carolina Tax is not included. 50% reservation deposit due at time of reservation.. Deposits become future credit if cancellation occurs between 14 and 30 days Deposit is forfeited if cancellation is less than 14 days from arrival. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
