Vacation Rental Description

Located less than 1 mile from the 101 Freeway and Thunderbird Road.

Over 1400 square feet, 2 story condo, fully furnished.  2 bedroom + loft.  Sleeps up to 8 
comfortably.  Queen bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in second bedroom, futons in loft area and 
living room.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Quiet, gated community.  Community pool, spa.  Patio/backyard with bbq grill.  Fully equipped 
kitchen, all utensils, linens, etc. supplied.  Cable TV/DVD, high speed internet, and local phone 
service.  Full size washer/dryer.  2 car garage.  

Activities and Attractions

Less than 1 mile from Arrowhead area shopping, restaurants, movies, Gold's Gym, LA Fitness, grocery 
stores.  
Everything is super convenient.  1/2 mile to Peoria Sports Complex, 6 miles to University of Phoenix 
(Cardinal's) Stadium, Glendale Arena and West Gate Center.  Canal is right beyond the gate for 
walking, biking or running.  Convenient to White Tank Mountains and Lake Pleasant for hiking, 
mountain biking, horseback riding and water sports.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan-May:  $165.00 per night*, 3 night minimum stay required.
June-Dec: $145.00 per night  
*Please inquire about rates for longer stays.

Credit Card required to make reservation.  $200 damage deposit will be charged at time of 
reservation.  This deposit will be refunded upon inspection of property and within one week of 
departure.  

$90.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
