10.5% Transient Occupancy Tax  will be added to rental. Minimum 3 days rental.

POLICIES & DEPOSITS
Please no pets. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
Security deposit is $1500.00 and is due within 5 days of making your
reservation. Failure to recieve your monies within the time alloted
may result in cancellation of reserved time.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation
MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECIEVED MORE THAN 90 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR
CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less a
$790.00 cancellation fee or 10% of the rental rate whichever is
greater. If your notice of cancellation is
RECEIVED LESS THAN 90 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit
all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to
re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same
period. If the property is rented we will only charge the $790.00
cancellation fee or 10% of the rental rate whichever is greater.
