Owner Managed - This exceptional home has 100 feet of gorgeous sandy
beach, located on Silver Lake. A large deck gives you a wonderful place to watch the sun rise in the morning, and set in the evening! This beautiful retreat was custom built to sleep 14-17 people (which includes a private guest house fit for sleeping one or two people), 3 1/2 baths, two stone fireplaces, and a stereo system that plays through the house as well as outdoors for your entertaining. The home and beach also includes a large raft, dock, and a nice yard with a wooden playhouse and a tiki bar, a swing, picnic area and bonfire pit for late night relaxation! This is truly a custom built showplace!

On the main floor is the master suite with a queen size bed, stone fireplace and a sink with a seperate vanity. Up the stairs to the right is a bedroom with a full size bed, a single bed in an alcove then a few ladder steps to another single bed. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the open loft area. To the left of the stairs is another bedroom with a queen size bed, walk-out balcony and a set of twin bunkbeds. One more bedroom hosts a full-size bed with room for a twin rollaway (located in the closet). There is a sofa sleeper in the living area and a quaint guest house that can sleep two people on a full size bed.
There are three and a half bathrooms in the home. One of them is pictured on this site having a green claw foot tub. There is another full bath, as well as a bathroom with a large stand up shower, and a half bath to access from the beach when your feet are wet and sandy from playing in the sun!
