Silver Lake Waterfront Big Home with Great Beach! in Traverse City

Owner Managed - This exceptional home has 100 feet of gorgeous sandy
beach, located on Silver Lake. A large wrap around deck gives you a
wonderful place to watch the sun rise in the morning, and set in the
evening!
This beautiful retreat was custom built to sleep 14-17 people (which
includes a private guest house fit for sleeping one or two people),
3 1/2 baths, two stone fireplaces, and a stereo system that plays
through the house as well as outdoors for your entertaining. The
home and beach also includes large rafts, a dock, a nice yard with a
wooden playhouse and a tiki bar/hut, a swing, picnic area and
bonfire pit for late night relaxation!
This is truly a custom built showplace!

On the main floor is the master suite with a queen size bed, stone
fireplace (with a built-in wine rack into the stone) and a sink with
a seperate vanity. Up the stairs to the right is a bedroom with a
full size bed, a single bed in an alcove then a few ladder steps to
another single bed. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the open
loft area. To the left of the stairs is another bedroom
with a queen size bed, walk-out balcony and a set of twin bunkbeds.
One more bedroom hosts a full-size bed with room for a twin rollaway
(which is in the closet). There is a sofa sleeper in the living
area and then there is the quaint guest house that can sleep two
people on a full size bed.

There are three and a half bathrooms in the home. One of them is
pictured on this site having a green claw foot tub. There is
another full bath, as well as a bathroom with a large stand up
shower (with a shampoo and conditioner dispenser in it), and a half
bath to access from the beach when your feet are wet and sandy from
playing in the sun!

We Have a Pontoon! For a nominal additional fee, enjoy the use of
our pontoon to add to your vacation pleasure. Hiking trails,
Sleeping Bear Dunes, private and charter fishing on Grand Traverse
Bay, exceptional golf courses, hot air balloons, parasailing, jet
ski rentals, sailboat charters, Catamaran Cruise (day or night), Old
Town Playhouse, Opera House, local shopping, Interlochen Arts
Academy, casino's, wineries, fantastic dining, and many beaches!
