Gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo -- Treasure Island Resort, beachfront on Thomas Drive, Panama 
City Beach, Florida. Built in 2005, it has all the cool stuff...Granite countertops, stainless 
steel appliances, tile flooring, tons of upgrades! Master has pillowtop kingsize bed, large walk-
in closet and double-sized shower with 2 shower heads. Guest bedroom has a Queen pillowtop 
mattress and a full private bath. Queen Sleeper Sofa and Bunk Beds. All mattresses are pillowtop 
and very comfortable. Fullsized washer and dryer inside condo. Very convenient parking, one level 
below this unit, with assigned space -- no more 5 minute elevator rides. 

The kitchen has great upgrades -- stainless steel appliances, including a built-in microwave oven, 
smooth surface cooktop and side-by-side fridge with ice and water dispenser in the door. Stocked 
beyond the Platinum level with cooking supplies and utensils.

Awesome, covered patio, approx. 9 ft. x 29 ft., overlooks the huge pool, cabanas and the beautiful 
beaches of Panama City. You'll love to enjoy your morning coffee and afternoon cocktails, watching 
the sunset.  Watch the pelicans cruise by and look out for dolphins in the early morning. Located 
on the 7th floor, it's the perfect elevation to enjoy the view and beach breezes. 


Walk to Schooners & hang out to listen to the band or grab a quick lunch -- convenient to the PCB 
International Airport (a short, 10 minutes drive), and Captain Anderson's Marina. Very quiet part 
of the beach, convenient to local shopping and restaurants. 


Two miles of shopping on 23rd street-- just over the Hathaway Bridge. Panama City mall, Target, 
Pier 1, Linens n' Things, Home Depot...it's all there.   

You're only 45 minutes to Destin-it's an easy drive along Hwy.98. 

The water is beautiful, the food is great and you'll have sand between your toes! 

Panama City Beach is undergoing some great changes. The new International airport is set to open 
in 2009 and Pier Park is building out with Target, BackPorch Restaurant and Margaritaville opened 
March 2008!

If you haven't been to Panama City Beach in a while- come back to relax....You're only TWO FEET 
from anywhere.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Huge pool...it's heated in the winter months.   Cool kiddie pool, 2 large cabanas, picnic tables 
and over 50 poolside chairs are all ready for your enjoyment.  Our onsite workout facility has 
treadmills, bikes, weight machines...with huge windows with a view of the pool and beach.  

Activities and Attractions

Walk or bike to St. Andrews State Park -- a beautiful place to relax.   Also, Shell Island tours, 
jetskis, Parasailing and dolphin tours are available at our place seasonally.   Treasure Island 
Marina and Captain Anderson's Marina are both within 1/2 mile of our place for boat rentals and 
deepsea fishing.

Seasonal Rates range from $199 per night to $299 per night.
