This home has just received new carpet, refinished hardwood floors, fresh cabinetry, granit counters in kitchen and bath, newly tiled floor and shower in master bath.
Sweeping views of the 17th Fairway of the Ocean Creek Golf Course.
This neighborhood features wide side walks for your children to play on.
First floor is comprised of living area, dining area and kitchen.
Living area has queen size sleeper sofa and big screen HDTV (and
dvd-vcr combo), comfortable furniture and hard wood floors. Enormous
screen porch off of living area has ceiling fan and patio table with
seats for 6. First floor also features bedroom with queen size bed
and full bath.
Second floor master suite has a king size canopy bed, private porch
(with view) and oversized bath with soaking tub and separate shower.
Additionally there is a laundry room and another bedroom with queen
bed, full-private bath and porch on second floor.
Home has 3 burner stainless steel gas grill.
All rentals include FREE USE OF OUR GOLF CART.
