NOTES: Weekly. All rates are based on up to 8 people. Please add

without notice. Maximum occupancy of all 3 Suites is approx 18-20
people. Extra futons & quality Air-beds are available. The upstairs
suites can sleep approx 12-14, downstairs 6. The downstairs Yokahama
Suite is rented as an adjunct to the upstairs when the occupancy is 6
or more guests. It's not rented by itself. Terms: 50% of entire
balance is due upon the reservation, 50% due 60 days prior to arrival.
The Estate is rented once per 30 days.
