Vacation Rental Description

Walk to Geriba beach - One of Buzios' most magnificent and trendiest 
beaches. Solemar condominio is a beautifully kept gated-community, 
with 24-hour security and a private entrance to Geriba beach. This 
beautiful,comfortable, peaceful 3-story, 5 bedroom, 2-suite home 
located on the top of a hill has an open dining area leading to a 
spacious step-down living room facing the pool. All bedrooms are 
furnished with either a queen size or a king size bed. There are 2 
bedrooms on the 2nd floor (one is a large suite)and an extra 
bathroom. A loft-style mezzanine/entertainment room between the 2nd 
and 3rd floors provides a magnificent view of the ocean. The 3rd 
bedroom which is adjacent to the mezzanine leads into a private 
patio with a sitting area. The very spacious master suite with its 
dramatic view of the mountain and ocean takes up the entire 3rd 
floor. It has air-conditioning, a California king size-bed, a 
beautiful and comfortable lounger, as well as a designer bathroom 
with a round bathtub/jacuzy and a separate shower. The beautiful 
wood work in the bedrooms and throughout the house gives it a 
sumptous and welcoming feeling. A wrap-around porch with built-in 
benches and hamocks add yet more beauty to the outside garden which 
also has a built-in barbaque, pool and steam sauna. There is a 3-car 
garage with an american style washer and dryer and an extra bedroom 
and full bath. A friendly and talented maid is provided 3 days a 
week and is available to cook (great cook!) and do personal laundry 
or work extra days for an additional charge of $25 US dollars a day. 
A baby sitter and a personal driver can also be arranged.
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house is beautifully adn comfortably furnished. It has a fully 
equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, complete dish and glassware 
sets, refrigerators, freezers and a bar. In addittion, it is has air-
conditioning in the master suite, ceiling fans throughout, abundand 
on-demand hot water, telehone services, DVD Player, Satellite TV, CD 
player and pure 100% cotton linens and towels. Given that the house 
is located on top a hill, a constant ocean breeze keeps it cool and 
fresh during the hot months.  A pool, steam Sauna, BBQ grille and 
garden make outdoor living comfortable and fun.

Occupancy: 10- 12 people. Minimun 3 days *last min offers welcome

RATES: 1) Low season (April 1 thru December except US and Brazilian 
holidays)- 1 to 4 people - $450 daily
Weekly: $2,000. Monthly $ 7,000
Low season: 5 a 10 people: $ 650 daily
Weekly: 3,500 USD. Monthly: $8,000 USD. Extra person: R$ 400 per day 

2)High Season: December 1 thru Feb 28th 
1 to 4 people - $  500 USD daily 
Weekly: $3,000  Monthly: $8,000
High Season: 5 a 10 people - $ 600 USD daily
Weekly: $4,000 - Monthly: 9,000
 
Christmas and New year´s Celebration - 15 people max 
5 to 10 days available: - 5,000 USD for 5 days - 6,000 for 10 days   

Carnaval: $5,000/week (7 day minimum). Extra days at $500.  

Long Weekend/ Holidays - Usually 4 days minimum
Up to 4 people: $ 500 USD - 5 to 10 people $ 700 USD 

*DISCOUNT PRICES: available for couples and groups of less than 4 
people, except during the end of the year Holidays and carnaval. 
Five people or more is considered full capacity. Discount is also 
offered on stays longer than 4 weeks.

Check-in:  12PM (earlier check-in can be arranged)
Check-out: 12PM Checks outs later than 2PM are charged an extra day.
