04/01 - 05/31  Weekly $720  Monthly $1,650 
06/01 - 09/12  Weekly $925  Monthly $2,200  
  
Also, Long term monthly rates offered for 3, 6 and 12 months. Call for  
long term monthly rates.  
 
Security Deposit of $250 for weekly or $750 for monthly. 
 
Pet Deposit required. Pets must be pre-approved. 
 
Any excessive cleaning needed or damages beyond security deposit will be charged to customer. 
 
Rates include accommodations and linens.  All rooms are non-smoking. Pets(please call),  
motorcycles, trailers, motor-homes and watercrafts are not permitted  
on property.  
 
Homeowner association rules and regulations apply to all guests.
