towels are provided.

The condo has air conditioning & heat, a fully equipped kitchen with
a dishwasher & microwave. Cable TV & VCR/DVD player are available. A
covered parking space is conveniently located outside your back
door. In the office there is a computer with internet access for
guest use. For families with children, there are booster seats, bed
rails, a crib, and children's beach toys.

The area has numerous golf courses, restaurants in every price
range, museums, a performing arts center, botanical gardens and an
aquarium. Area shops provide unique and interesting gifts, and a
nearby mall carries all necessities. Twenty-five minutes from the
Sarasota airport.

A $300 per week non-refundable deposit is required and applied
to rent. Return renters get 5% off. Continuous stays of 4+ weeks
get 10% off. Continuous stays of 12+ weeks get 20% off.
