Our rates range from $1400-2450 a week depending on season. We also
do monthly rates for the months of November-February.  June and July are peak seasons renting for up to $2450 per week. (Rents for over $3200 not including tax and fees at other rental management agencies). Weeks only Saturday to Saturday May 28 to 2nd Saturday in August.  Check in has to be on Saturday and ck out is on Saturday.  Ck in time 3:30 PM, Ck out time 10:00 AM  Lodging Tax of 11% imposed by city, county and state require owners to collect and pay.  Cleaning fee on this condo is $120 and processing fee of $59 includes parking passes and damage insurance.
