bedrooms, two baths. We are centrally located on large grounds at the corner of El Paseo and Hwy 74.
As an architectural landmark, the Sandpiper Condominiums take you back in time with a very
modern feel. Our condo has a very comfortable feel, while preserving the original architect.
Sandpiper is one of best locations in Palm Desert. This home is extremely clean and comfortable and
you can make it home away from home. This unit has 12' ceilings, very nice floor plan, nice view of
pool and surrounding mountains.

The fully furnished condo has a California King sized Select Comfort bed in the master bedroom
and two queen beds in the second bedroom. The 3rd bedroom is set up an office/tv with an extra
day bed. Each bedroom has cable television. The living room has plenty of seating capacity.

For your use, we have installed a computer that is hooked up to high speed cable internet.
Use our computer or bring your laptop to surf the net and check e-mails!

Unlimited long distant calling to anywhere in the USA or Canada is
included.

The kitchen contains all the dishware and cutlery needed to create a
feast on those days when you are not dining at one of the famous
local restaurants. Also included is a dishwasher, full size
washer and dryer, all linens, pool towels.

The pool area has a Ramada (covered patio) with a built-in gas BBQ,
sink and refrigerator. Plenty of seating area for entertaining.

The pool is heated to 85 degrees (29c) minimum year round.

You are less than a five minute walk to the corner of El Paseo and
Hwy 74, the beginning of the world famous El Paseo Shopping
District. With over 300 world-class shops, clothing
boutiques, art galleries, jewelers and restaurants there is plenty to do.
Also known as the "Rodeo Drive of the Desert", El Paseo has a wide spectrum of world famous
stores from Williams Sonoma, Tiffany's, Coach, Ann Taylor, Gucci and many small boutiques.
Restaurants include Picanha, California Pizza Kitchen, Sullivan's and Ruth's Chris SteakHouse.
There are also fantastic Italian, Brazil, Vietnamese, and French Restaurants within minutes.
Starbucks and Vons Grocery Store are located across the street from this condo. Park your car
and walk everywhere!
